A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates that tool. We do not store or log those query terms on our systems. The provider's policy governs its handling of the query.

We keep email or contact-form content as needed to answer the message. It is not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
